In an effort to free our youths from the manacles of poverty and dependence syndrome Zimbabwe Muslim Youth Organisation has embarked on a Youth sustainable livelihoods project, youths are given start up kits based on their area of interest and feasibility of the project to kick start and develop their income generating projects.  It is our  belief that in order to fully succeed, the youths must not become dependent on long term mitigation measures  inform of handouts  , but rather must use existing resources and explore other sustainable business opportunities  to become more self-reliant and self-sufficient, ultimately creating a better way of life for themselves. Sustainable livelihoods projects are designed to, develop and support young people to set up their own income generating projects by so doing contributing significantly to the national economic development in line with our national vision 2030 that is creating a middle income community.
